General Booking Information

Deposit - We require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit within one week of the booking. This can be made by mailing a check. You will be given the mailing address upon booking the event.

The remainder is due on the party date either by check or cash. If you have to cancel your party we can reschedule it based on our availability.

Liability - We strictly provide entertainment. We are not caretakers/babysitters. Please be aware that children, under the age of 3 especially, need to be supervised. We will treat your home with the utmost respect and care.

However, we can not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by a guest. If you have any precious belongings please remove them from the entertaining area to prior to the event.

Travel Fee Calculator - If your event is more than 40 miles away from New Braunfels, TX, a travel fee will apply. We calculate our travel fees at 40 cents per mile one way. Which can be reduced or waved for bookings of more than 1 hour.

To figure out the distance, go to www.mapquest.com and type in our zip code, 78130 and your zip code. You do not need to do the exact address. Hit "Get Directions" and see what the total mileage is. This will be your travel fee, plus or minus a few dollars.

Directions - We really appreciate directions to your location. Especially if you live in a new development that may not be available on Mapquest. The starting point should be the highway/main road/route closest to your home. It is convenient to include this with your deposit check or by email.
